- One-time OED setup & installation
- Any logo, name &/or other menu configuration items to be provided
- IT/network/Internet environment to be advised/discussed, thereby to be provided
- Data layers in required format to be provided
- If-required OED data collection, preparation & massage etc. to be quoted for hours & drawn from Support Plan (Excluded)
- Normally within 2 weeks for setup & installation, pending on readiness of pre-requisite IT environment & data

Support Plan
- Charged by hour (1-hour minimum)
- Support via pre-arranged or pre-scheduled remote network access, Zoom/Team video call, email &/or if-required phone call
- Standard support include:
- Training & usage of OED
- Diagnosis, trouble-shooting &/or fixing of user-installed OED
- Data collection, preparation & massage to OED requirements
- Regular technical support & maintenance
- Other support needs or packaged services to be discussed & quoted seperate
